Returns & Exchange Policy
In an unlikely event that the purchased product(s) are received incorrectly, or is defective; the customer is eligible to request for a return or exchange of the product(s). The return could be requested via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via telephone at 3327753.
Goods must be returned to the Add-on Store located at Chandhanee Magu, within 05 days of receipt date along with a Shopping Confirmation. Exchanges can only be made for product(s) of equivalent value, or as part payment for higher valued product(s). No partial refund will be provided as such exchanges will not be permitted for lower priced items. Products covered under manufacturer warranty policy will not be eligible for in-store exchange policies as they will be covered by the manufacturer warranty policy.
All returning product(s) must be received in their original condition in which it was delivered. Any product(s) which are used or not in the condition in which it was delivered, will not be accepted for refunds / return or exchange.
In cases of incorrect or defective items being delivered as a result of our fault, you may request for a replacement or a refund for your purchase within 12 hours of delivery.
Refunds through card payments including online transactions will be processed within 5 working days.
