Delivery Policy

Male’ Area Delivery

- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 21:00

- Free Delivery to any address in Malé, Hulhumalé & Villmalé for purchases above MVR 300/-

- Customer needs to provide proof of identity and sign Delivery Note.

 

Resorts & Island Ferry Delivery

- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 18:00

- Contact details of boat captain (Name, Contact Number) should be provided.

- Free Delivery to any specified boat for purchases above MVR 300/-

- Customer needs to provide proof of identity and sign Delivery Note.

 

Personal Pickup & Collection from our Outlets

- Orders can be collected from any of Add-on Store outlets located in Malé & Hulhumalé free of charge. Please mention your designated retail outlet as the delivery address, along with the contact information (Name, Contact Number) of the person collecting the order.

- All items ordered on Add-on Store (https://addon.mv) can be picked up at the Add-on Store retail outlets designated to pick up the order.

- Order number or reference number & Customer details (Name, Contact Number) will be required.

- Customer needs to provide proof of identity and sign Delivery Note.

 

Delivery Issues / Order Issues

- In the case of any delays or problems with the delivery of your order, please contact us at 3327753 (SAT-THD 09:00 – 22:00 / FRI 16:00 – 22:00).

- To return any damaged items, please refer to our Online Return Policy.

- Any orders that are not collected within 05 days, will be disposed and a refund will not be issued.
